A new study published in the Journal of the American Academy of Audiology explores the effects of caffeine on vestibular function testing. NKI’s I-Portal ® Neurotologic Test Center (NOTC) was used to test subjects after they had consumed a caffeinated beverage containing about 300 mg of caffeine. Differences were found for certain oculomotor tests, including vertical saccades, horizontal saccades, and optokinetics. Link
